Hello, it's me again. You know, the person constantly ranting about how shitty dA has become.

Remember that last journal entry? How they thought that piece violated their policy? And how it actually didn't? Here's the piece on my Drive btw, in case you've missed it. Tasteful pinup. So violating, so forbidden. Why am I linking to it on my Drive, you ask? Well, because they just went ahead and deleted it from my gallery of course! Over the last year or so I really didn't care about dA as a website, and over the last couple of years, I didn't see it as a good art platform at all, and now I just don't feel like taking their shit anymore. I am too tired for this.

So I'm leaving this place. Not gonna delete my account, but I won't be doing anything here anymore. Maybe except for replying to notes, but dunno.

Again, I'll still be active on inkbunny for as long as it doesn't delete my stuff for made up reasons, and again, feel free to follow me there. And AGAIN, if you don't like all the weird porn, there are so many great filters available it's not a problem at all.

And to those who don't want to move over to inkbunny, thanks again for the support, and have an excellent life.

tl;dr: dA's increasing amounts of bullshit are annoying and inkbunny is better in every aspect so I'm switching entirely to that.

Just wanted to do a quick heads up that dA is getting worse and worse, and it's increasingly more pointless to post stuff here. And no, this isn't a rant journal, just a warning to all the good followers I have here, who don't have/don't want an inkbunny account. That's where I'm the most active now btw (but dA still gets everything I'm graciously allowed to post here).

I just got two lovely notifications - have a screenshot. Either someone oversensitive incorrectly flagged this piece, or dA is employing bots now to do a shoddy job at detecting forbidden content. No, dA, tasteful nudity is not explicit content. No, dA, this character is not underage, as you can see by all dem curves - and proportions. And also, dA, this is a fictional species, and you should not judge stuff like that by human standards. Furthermore, if you are using bots now, this is not the way to go on an art site. Art requires a human eye, and if you're too lazy to properly police the content on your website, then maybe it is time to rebrand as a marketing company, because that seems to be your favorite thing to do nowadays.

With all that out of the way, the only reason why I'm still posting here was mentioned at the beginning of this journal - followers without an inkbunny account. Now, I don't know how aggressive dA is going to become about this issue, but just know that if I ever get banned here (because I sure as hell am not going to cater to dA's control fetish), you can always find me on inkbunny. If you don't like all the weird porn on the site, as well as the weird porn that I post there, IB has absolutely excellent filtering options. Very good site overall, with only a handful of bad eggs marring the community, but those can be ignored or blocked, so eh.

So that's that.

The title is a play on the previous journal's title. Just pointing that out. I know it's been literally hundreds of years. You probably don't remember. And exactly 46% of you weren't even born back then.
